Dr. Kim Cooper is residency trained to diagnose, manage and treat ocular diseases and visual disorders in adults and children. With almost 20 years of experience in patient eye care, contact lenses, visual disorders, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease and macular degeneration, she provides complete and quality eye care. Her expertise myopia management and treating dry eye disease.
Dr. Cooper graduated as valedictorian from Michigan College of Optometry. She completed her residency in Primary Care and Ocular Disease at Dorn VA Hospital in Columbia, SC. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry (FAAO) and is an active member of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO), Council on Optometric Practitioner Education (COPE), Accreditation Council on Optometric Education (ACOE), American Optometric Association (AOA), and the Michigan Optometric Association (MOA). She has articles published in ophthalmic journals, lectured on various ophthalmic conditions, and trained optometric interns and residents.
As creator of Life Vision Eyecare, Dr. Cooper has embarked on a new journey which enables her to apply her extensive experience to provide the highest standard of care. Dr. Cooper is excited to serve Southwest Michigan. She is proud to provide and protect vision with innovative medical and science-based natural treatments with emphasis on personalized care and quality eyewear.
Dr. Patrick Graves
Optometrist
Dr. Patrick Graves is a welcomed addition to Life Vision Eyecare! With over 10 years of patient eye care experience, Dr. Graves’ training has an emphasis in treating dry eye disease. He brings a strong foundation of managing and treating ocular diseases and visual disorders in adults and children including contact lenses, visual disorders, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease and macular degeneration.
Dr. Graves graduated with Beta Sigma Kappa Honors from Michigan College of Optometry. He is an active member of the American Optometric Association (AOA), and the Michigan Optometric Association (MOA). With certifications in MiSight Myopia Management and Scleral Lens therapeutic applications, he brings an added benefit to patients that go beyond standard glasses and contact lenses.
Dr. Graves is from Southwest Michigan since a child and is also known for his Hot Pepper Red Bronco! He enjoys kayaking, spending time with his small children, college football, cooking, and traveling. He looks forward to serving his community with incredible eye care.

Ryan has been a Certified Optician through the State of Michigan for over 15 years. He is extremely knowledgeable when troubleshooting adjustments and visual issues with glasses. Plus, he has a gift of finding the perfect pair of glasses for anyone's facial features and personality!

Breena is here to help you navigate questions about the process of an eye exam and insurance questions. She is currently working on becoming a Certified Professional Biller to better serve our patients. Our patients love Breena because she is genuine, kind and always follows through to find an answer in the ever changing environment of insurances.

Luke has over 14 years of experience in optometry. He is a Certified Optician through the State of Michigan and now currently in training to become a Certified Paraoptometric Technician. He is able to answer any questions regarding Dry Eye Consults, Myopia Management and Scleral Lens Therapy.

Philip is the designer and architect of Life Vision Eyecare. He is responsible for the beautiful clinic our patients enjoy. He manages the optical inventory and helps run the backbone of the practice. Life Vision Eyecare is a family owned business and dedicated to our team and our patients. We believe in providing our community a beautiful and clean clinic with the latest technology to serve our patients.

Reception & Billing
Sara is an asset to our patients and to Life Vision Eyecare. She will likely be the first voice you hear when you call as she is our Lead Receptionist. Her experience in patient care adds compassion and knowledge to help our patients through the process of an eye exam. She aids our patients with new and existing exam appointments, triaging urgent eye exams, insurance questions and general questions to facility patient eye care needs.
